Puebla Aida in Mijas Golf is a landmark development in the Mijas Golf urbanisation. This unique development is renowned for it’s Andalucian Village charm, fountains, alleyways, and 4 magnificent pools including 2 large pools with panoramic views across Mijas Golf course and sea.
Apartamento Mora has access to 4 pools within the community including the infinity pool right on its doorstep including the Communal garden and sunbathing area.
Apartamento Mora
Apartamento Mora is a 2-bedroom Apartment set in the heart of the Puebla Aida. The property overlooks the Infinity Pool and the valley from the main terrace off the sitting room and the main bedroom. As the property is East Facing, the terrace enjoys sunshine most of the afternoon and the evening.
Although this is a second floor apartment, it has a direct ramp access from the street making it easier to access for people with limited mobility (not suitable for wheelchairs though).
Entrance
The entrance is directly from street via secure gates and ramp into the entrance hall leading.
Accommodation
On entering the property you have the fully equipped kitchen to your left, the living area straight on, and 2 bedrooms and their respective bathrooms to your right.
The kitchen is fully equipped with Fridge-Freezer, Oven, Hob, Extractor Fan, Dishwasher, Washing Machine, and plenty of work space.
The living and dining area are configured as open-plan with large sliding glass doors that leads on to the full length terrace overlooking the pool. The terrace can be accessed via the sitting room or the Master Bedroom.
Bedrooms
Immediately the right of the entrance hall is the family bathroom with a full-size shower unit, wash basin and toilet.
The second bedroom is a twin bedroom with built-in wardrobe, ceiling fan, and window to the east allowing natural light to enter the room.
The master bedroom is located to the front of the house which means it enjoys great views of the pool area with access to the terrace. Master Bedroom has a King Size bed, Built-in Wardrobes, ceiling fan, and a large full length French windows leading to the terrace.
Location
Puebla Aida is located on Mijas Golf Urbanisation ans is only 15 minutes drive from Fuengirola beach as well as easy access to Mijas Costa beach, El Faro beach, and Calahonda beach. There is a water-park within 10 minutes drive which will keep the kids happy when they get fed up with the beach!
Mijas Golf
Mijas Golf is part of Mijas Pueblo and developed in 1980s to provide quality golf and holiday destination. Mijas Golf has 2 golf courses of it’s own and is between the old Mijas Pueblo and Mijas Costa on the Costa del Sol and is only 15 minutes away from the beaches of Fuengirola, El Faro, and Riveria del Sol.
Only 20 minutes drive from Malaga Airport with easy access to Malaga, Marbella and all other main Costa del Sol Attractions.
Shops, Supermarket, Miramar shopping centre and 6-screen cinema are all just 10 minutes drive.

Pubela Aida is not the run-of-the-mill housing development. It was designed by a Spanish Architect who was determined to recreate a typical Andalucian village with all the charm and character of old villages. Every property in the village is different outside and inside, so there are no 2 properties that are the same. Every effort was made to make each property and area of the village unique, interesting, and memorable. From numerous fountains, squares, alleyways to the 4 swimming pools that each have their own unique character.

Gated and located in a col-de-sac means there is little traffic other than the local residents with virtually no noise or if you have children there is no need to be concerned about cars. The village is amazingly quiet with only the noise of the various fountains disturbing your peace!
Despite all these you are only minutes away from the bustling Costa del Sol beaches, Water Parks, Shopping Centres and supermarkets (5 within 10 minutes drive).

Puebla Aida community rules most be respected. These include:
- No noise, loud music, or noisy parties from Midnight to 8 am and during Siesta Times 14:00-16:00.
- Apartment and Community facilities to be used only by the number of people booked on this reservation.
- No unsupervised use of the pool by children under the age of 16.
- All guests must observe pool regulation displayed at all 4 pools.
- No hanging of washing or towels outside other than on designated clothes drying units provided.

Un séjour de rêve. Appartement très propre avec une vie magnifique sur la piscine et sur la vallée. La clim et les ventilateurs marchent très bien . Mes fils venant de France ont été émerveillés par le calme et la propreté.

Nous avons passé 3 semaines dans le logement. Tout s’est bien passé ! Très bonne communication. Résidence calme et super piscine . Appartement entièrement climatisé et ventilé . Une voiture est nécessaire car c’est en hauteur . Il est possible de rayonner dans la région en roulant un peu : nous avons pu visiter Seville Grenade Cordoue . Plage à une dizaine de minutes. Merci à Caroline et Ali . Nous recommandons le logement !
Amazing Place
The place was amazing! It was so easy to coordinate with Caroline and made our stay so comfortable. The area is very nice with an access to many pools.
