Building & Reform

Once the plans are approved we then assign it our building contractors. We go through the plans and discuss in detail your requirements.

As projects hits specific landmarks we will send you pictures and a report on the progress, setting out any issues that might require your involvement in the decision making. We give you advice on the best solution for any given situation, and offer you options so that decisions can be made quickly and with full knowledge of costs and implications.

We require payments at agreed intervals during the project as well as agreed landmark stages. We also will notify the Town Hall if any changes made requires their approval, ensuring you do not have surprises once the build phase is complete.

Planning Application

Our architects discuss your requirements and create designs and plans that will be acceptable to your local Town Hall. They will then submit the plans for approval and make any alterations required by the Town Hall.

Whilst the planning laws and land allocations are set by the Regional Government (Junta de Andalucia), individual Town Halls can apply additional local restrictions or requirements to suit the local needs such as preservation of local character, special environmental requirements, etc.

Therefore it is important to understand local Town Hall specific requirements before submitting applications. The closer you can get to these requirements, the quicker you can get your planning application approved.

Project Management

Managing a building project in your own home country is tough enough, requiring time, patience, flexibility, and knowledge. However, taking on a building project in a foreign country with unfamiliar regulations and language can be expensive, risky, and fraught with obstacles.

With our knowledge of the local laws, long-established relationship with suppliers and builders, we can deliver projects at a lower cost, with less stress, and in shorter time than owner-managed projects.

We have experience of complete rebuilds of Country Ruins to reforms/remodelling of newer properties, as well as simple refurbishment projects. We use local tradesmen and suppliers, who are not fly-by-night operations and will not risk their reputation by shoddy work.

Property Management

Once your build project is complete we can offer you full Property Management service for complete peace of mind.

Our property management service includes monthly inspection, maintenance, and general management of any issues with your property.

Additionally, if you wish to rent your property, we provide a full Rental Management service including applying for licence, advertising, reservation management, payment management, meet-and-greet, checkout inspection, as well as supporting guests whilst they are renting your property.
