Listing Conditions

We pride ourselves in having established a high standard for our holiday properties and the service we provide to guests and owners.

We will be delighted to consider your property for listing subject to the following:

• Property must be licensed by Junta de Andalucia for Vacation Rentals
• Property owner must sign our Agency Contract in person
• Property must be in good condition
• Property must be safe including electrics, stairs, heating, cooling system, access, pool and other facilities
• Property must have Public Liability insurance which must not exclude Vacation Rental
• Any repairs or replacement requested by Colours of Andalucia must be completed within 2 weeks of our request
