Golf View Apartment is a 1-bedroom 1-bathroom Apartment with a terrace, overlooking the Mijas Golf with Mijas mountain views at the distance.
Entrance
This is a gated community with the entrance via either Camino Viejo de Coin or the underground car park. Either way you have stairs from the car park and to the apartment, so this is not suitable for people with limited mobility.
Accommodation
Entrance is via the first floor, which means you climb the steps inside the apartment to reach the 2nd floor.
To your left is the bedroom and the bathroom, to the right you have a working area, and straight ahead takes you to the open plan sitting room & kitchen, with access to the terrace via double French doors from the sitting room.
The kitchen is fully equipped with under the counter Fridge with a Freezer compartment, Oven, Hob, Extractor Fan, Microwave, and plenty of work space. There is a breakfast bar big enough for 3 adults to use.
The sitting room area is configured as open-plan with large French doors that leads on to the terrace overlooking the Golf Course as well as Mountain Views.
Bedroom
Immediately the left of the entrance hall is the bedrooms with a full size Double bed, built-in wardrobe, ceiling fan, and window that opens on to the Juliet Balcony.
Location
Located on Mijas Golf Urbanisation ans is only 15 minutes drive from Fuengirola beach as well as easy access to Mijas Costa beach, El Faro beach, and Calahonda beach. There is a water-park within 10 minutes drive which will keep the kids happy when they get fed up with the beach!
There are local bars, restaurants, a small supermarket, and right outside the urbanisation there is a bus stop.
Mijas Golf
Mijas Golf is part of Mijas Pueblo and developed in 1980s to provide quality golf and holiday destination. Mijas Golf has 2 golf courses of it’s own and is between the old Mijas Pueblo and Mijas Costa on the Costa del Sol and is only 15 minutes away from the beaches of Fuengirola, El Faro, and Riveria del Sol.
Only 20 minutes drive from Malaga Airport with easy access to Malaga, Marbella and all other main Costa del Sol Attractions.
Additional Shops, Supermarket, Miramar shopping centre and 6-screen cinema are all just 10 minutes drive.

Community rules most be respected. These include:
- No noise, loud music, or noisy parties from Midnight to 8 am and during Siesta Times 14:00-16:00.
- Apartment and Community facilities to be used only by the number of people booked on this reservation.
- No unsupervised use of the pool by children under the age of 16.
- All guests must observe pool regulation displayed at the pool.
- No hanging of washing or towels outside other than on designated clothes drying units provided.

Een echte aanrader!
Appartement is precies als op de foto, erg gezellig ingericht en alles wat je nodig hebt is aanwezig. Heerlijk rustig en keurig complex. Appartement ligt heel centraal. Wat ons betreft een heerlijke vakantie! prima contact momenten gehad, dank daarvoor! Een echte aanrader! Tip: ivm koude nachten, extra dekbed.
La résidence est calme, sécurisée et propre
Séjour de 3 semaines dans cet appartement agréable et confortable pour 2 personnes donnant sur le golf très tranquille. Les équipements sont fonctionnels et le descriptif correspond parfaitement aux lieux. Certains voyageurs précédents regrettent l’absence de climatisation dans la chambre mais franchement ce n’est pas un problème car le ventilateur est suffisamment efficace. La résidence est calme, sécurisée et propre. Le côté jardin avec la piscine est magnifique. Caroline a eu la gentillesse de nous attribuer Virginia à notre arrivée car nous ne maîtrisons pas la langue. Merci pour cet accueil ! Si nous en avons l’occasion, c’est avec un grand plaisir que nous reviendrons 😊

J’ai passé un excellent séjour dans ce studio ! Il est propre, bien situé et très confortable, exactement comme décrit. Un grand merci à Caroline et Ali pour leur accueil chaleureux, leur disponibilité et leurs petites attentions qui ont rendu mon séjour encore plus agréable. Je recommande vivement ce logement et n’hésiterai pas à revenir !
