This is a dual-aspect 1-bedroom ground-floor apartment is just meters away from the Infinity Pool, and has direct access from the main road. The apartment has access to 3 other pools including the Lions Pool, Tower Pool, and the Main Upper Pool.
Entrance
Access is via the main road onto a small private courtyard with outside seating with seating for up to 4 people. The main entrance opens into open-plan living area that includes the lounge, dining area, and the kitchen plus access to the back terrace.
Accommodation
The lounge area includes comfortable sofa, TV, as well as dining table with seating for 3 people. The living area has Air-conditioning for summer and heating for the winter time.
The fully equipped kitchen is located to the right of the dining area with ample worktops, kitchen units, oven, hob, extractor fan, washing machine, and fridge-freezer.
The open-plan nature of the property means it feels very spacious and the dual-aspect allows ample lighy through making the apartment feel large and light.
To the left of the entrance door, you will find the access to the bedroom with an en-suite bathroom. The King size bed with comfortable mattress and bedside tables. The bedroom has built-in wardrobe, Air-con, heating, ceiling fan, and entrance to the en-suite bathroom with shower-over-the-bath.
Location
Puebla Aida is located on Mijas Golf Urbanisation ans is only 15 minutes drive from Fuengirola beach as well as easy access to Mijas Costa beach, El Faro beach, and Calahonda beach. There is a water-park within 10 minutes drive which will keep the kids happy when they get fed up with the beach!
Mijas Golf
Mijas Golf is part of Mijas Pueblo and developed in 1980s to provide quality golf and holiday destination. Mijas Golf has 2 golf courses of it’s own and is between the old Mijas Pueblo and Mijas Costa on the Costa del Sol and is only 15 minutes away from the beaches of Fuengirola, El Faro, and Riveria del Sol.
Only 20 minutes drive from Malaga Airport with easy access to Malaga, Marbella and all other main Costa del Sol Attractions.
Shops, Supermarket, Miramar shopping centre and 6-screen cinema are all just 10 minutes drive.

Puebla Aida community rules most be respected. These include:
- No noise, loud music, or noisy parties from Midnight to 8 am and during Siesta Times 14:00-16:00.
- Apartment and Community facilities to be used only by the number of people booked on this reservation.
- No unsupervised use of the pool by children under the age of 16.
- All guests must observe pool regulation displayed at all 4 pools.
- No hanging of washing or towels outside other than on designated clothes drying units provided.

Magnifique Andalousie
Notre séjour nous a enchantés et nous a permis de profiter pleinement de la magnifique Andalousie. L’accueil par Ali fut très agréable également. Nous recommandons vraiment ce logement très confortable et calme où nous aurons plaisir à revenir si l’occasion se présente.
Nice apartment
Nice apartment, well equipped kitchen, several pools, easy parking.
Vanuit hier kun je leuke uitstapjes maken.
Het appartement ligt in het prachtige complex Pueblo Aida , zeer verzorgde tuinen met mooie zwembaden. Het appartement zelf heeft 2 mooie terrassen en voor 2 personen is het prima. Naar onze mening kunnen sommige puntjes nog wat beter op de i gezet worden, maar we hebben hier een mooie vakantie gehad. Vanuit hier kun je leuke uitstapjes maken.
