One Bedroom vacation rental apartment in Riviera del Sol, set in a small gated community overlooking the Miraflores Golf Course.
This is a bright, spacious, open-plan apartment with a large bedroom, good size lounge, kitchen, breakfast bar, and a private patio, which runs the width of the apartment.
The apartment is within walking distance of the beach (15 minutes walking or 3 minutes by car), 2 supermarkets, bars, restaurants, and 2 well-known chiringuitos on Riviera del Sol beach.
Accommodation
The property is distributed across multi-level floors, and the main entrance is reached via steps to the private road within the gated community.
Living Area
The entrance to the apartment is reached by stairs that lead to the front door, the continuation of which takes you to the patio (also accessible from the apartment). The front door enters directly into the lounge with windows to two sides, one of which is a large picture window allowing light to stream into the living area.
The lounge area has a three seater sofa and an armchair, coffee table, and wall mounted television. The decoration is light, bright, modern and fresh.
The living area is equipped with a dual-mode Air-conditioning, which can be used for cooling in the summer and heating in the winter.
From the lounge you go down a level, via open steps to the kitchen, which has sliding glass doors opening onto the patio.
In the kitchen there is a ceramic hob, oven, extractor fan, microwave, fridge-freezer, and ample storage with plenty of cutlery, crockery, cooking pots, pans, and utensils. There is a breakfast bar for 2 people.
Bedroom
The bedroom is accessed from the lounge, which is on a slightly higher level, up a single step.
The bedroom has a double bed (150 x 200), bedside tables, dressing area, and en-suite shower room. It is well lit, both via ceiling spotlights, plus two windows providing natural light. There is also a desk with a chair if you want to work. There is dual-mode air-conditioning, which can be used for cooling in the summer and heating in the winter.
The en-suite is of a generous size and includes a shower, washbasin, low-level toilet, towel heater, wall heater, window and a washing machine.
The Large Patio
The patio overlooks the golf course green, offers a great space for dining, with a gas BBQ, dining tables, and seating. The terrace has plenty of sunshine in the afternoons.
Location
Only 25-30 minutes from Malaga airport, and within easy reach of Malaga city centre, Marbella, and Costa del Sol’s main beaches and tourist centres.
Overlooking the Miraflores Golf Course, it is within a few minutes drive of the course entrance, walking distance to the Riviera 11 Sports Club, which offers Paddle courts, tennis courts, gym, bar, and restaurant.
Two Supermarkets are less than 5 minutes drive, or 15 minutes walk, with bars and restaurants along Ave. del Golf, and the beach front on Riviera beach.

Ich habe mich sehr wohl gefühlt in dem Apartment
Ich habe mich sehr wohl gefühlt in dem Apartment- alles war wirklich top.
Es hat auch alles funktioniert und die Kommunikation mit Caroline war sehr nett und schnell. Vielen Dank Caroline vielleicht bis bald!

Caroline och hennes man var super trevliga, mottagliga och toppen värdar. Mysigt boende.
Die Aufteilung der Wohnung ist hervorragend
Wir sind als Paar angereist und waren sehr zufrieden mit der Wohnung. Da wir immer einen Mietwagen haben, war es für uns kein Problem um die Umgebung zu erkunden. Der Weg zum Strand hin ist leicht, der Rückweg ist schon anstrengend da der Weg zur Wohnung steil bergauf geht. Gut gefallen hat uns die Möglichkeit auf der Terrasse zu liegen. Die Aufteilung der Wohnung ist hervorragend, sowie auch die Kommunikation mit Caroline.
