Overview

Luxury house with panoramic views in Arcos de la Frontera and included in the price is a great summer Cave House just 50 meters down the road.

This amazing house is literally hanging from the cliffs of Arcos overlooking Guadalete River. The house is built on multiple levels which makes it even more spectacular.

On entering the house, you come to a small landing area, with a few steps that take you down to the ground floor and another set of stairs that take you up to the bedrooms.

Ground Floor

The Ground Floor is a circular route around the house which brings you back to the entrance.
Turning left takes you down a hallway to the guest’s bathroom.

To the right of the bathroom is the entrance to the large and fully-equipped kitchen. This is a proper family kitchen where you can treat the full family to a hearty meal or great for entertaining friends and family.

The kitchen leads to the dining area with full-width glass views of the valley and the reservoir. What a scenery to eat every meal over!

From here you turn right to the 1st of the 2 reception rooms with full-width windows that show off that amazing views. There is a door out to the patio from here, or outside stairs that take you up to the upper terrace.

Tuning to your right you enter the second reception room with a large fireplace all in an open plan setting to maximise those views.

Continue on through the door and you are back you started and can take the stairs to the upper floor and bedrooms.

First Floor

Coming up the stairs you come to a large landing with access to both bedrooms and the terrace.
To your left is the smaller of the 2 bedrooms and to the right of the bedroom you have the bathroom.

Straight ahead takes you to the massive master bedroom with own ensuite bathroom and access to the magnificent terrace overlooking the valley.

Garden

The outside area is an oasis of tranquillity and views that you will never get tired of looking at. The multi-level outside space has a plunge pool, a dining area, shaded patios, and storage, with spiral stairs that take you up to the upper terrace of the bedrooms.

Cave House

This property come with a beautiful cave house located on the other side of the street. This includes 1 bedroom with en-suite bathroom, living/dining room, kitchen and a garage with space for several cars. The cave house is easily rented out for holiday lets.

Both properties are let for holidays with average of 12 weeks rental per year in the summer period. The house is mostly pre-booked in advance. There is proven income for both properties
